Chronic Disease Awareness Day

Wednesday, February 19, 2025
8:00 am1:00 pm

Chronic Disease Awareness Day is Wednesday, February 19th at the Colorado State Capital. This is your chance to share your story of navigating the healthcare system with Colorado policymakers. Join fellow Coloradans living with and caring for people with chronic conditions as we advocate on behalf of the needs of the community. Connect with individuals in the rare disease space outside of the bleeding disorders community. Together we are stronger.

This free and inspirational event is hosted by the Chronic Care Collaborative (CCC). In the morning, we will speak with state representatives about issues near and dear to our community. Lunch will be provided at an off-site location near the Capital, for registered participants. The lunchtime community conversation with legislators will wrap up at 1pm. Lastly, the CCC will host online advocacy workshops in January and February to ensure that you are prepared. Share the power of your voice.
