 e Chronic Care Collaborative (CCC). In the morning\, we will speak with st
 ate representatives about issues near and dear to our community. Lunch wil
 l be provided at an off-site location near the Capital\, for registered pa
 rticipants. The lunchtime community conversation with legislators will wra
 p up at 1pm. Lastly\, the CCC will host online advocacy workshops in Janua
