We are so excited to offer a new opportunity to teens in the Bleeding Disorder Community through partnership with the CU Anschutz Heath and Wellness Center! We will be offering a cooking class for participants ages 14-18 led by a certified nutritionist to learn how to make a taco recipe. The class will include a live demonstration, discussion of how to modify the recipe to fit various needs, and education on good nutrition. This is a great way for teens to gain some independence and experience something new. Participants will then have the opportunity to share the meal with each other!

Join us for a Rockies game as part of a kick-off to the Bleeding Disorders Conference! With out-of-town community members convening in Denver, this Rockies game is a great opportunity to come together both as the Colorado Bleeding Disorders community and the larger Bleeding Disorders community. Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Santa Rosa Pharmacy, Octapharma, Medexus and Ethical Factor, we are able to offer free admission to the game with food provided in a private picnic area! This is a great opportunity to meet new people and form relationships especially if you are not able to attend the conference.

The game beings at 6:40 pm, and attendees will be able to enter the stadium 90 minutes early (at 5:10 pm) to enjoy food and community time in the picnic area. Those who register will receive details on where to pick-up physical tickets and the exact location of the picnic area closer to the date of the event. We look forward to seeing you there!
