Join us for another unforgettable experience with Backpacks+Bleeders! Our annual Families on The River rafting trip will be on Saturday, June 27th! We'll kick off the adventure with a delicious lunch, a brief educational presentation, and icebreakers at the check-in location, followed by half-day of rafting.

Embark on a thrilling journey through the Bighorn Sheep Canyon, where a mix of mild to moderate adventures awaits amidst breathtaking landscapes. This area is renowned for its resident Bighorn sheep, offering glimpses of these majestic creatures along the riverbanks and rugged mountain slopes. Even if we don't catch any wildlife, the time navigating the rapids is always exciting.

If the rapids seem intimidating to you, you can take the alternative scenic float which takes you on a calmer stretch of the river. This option may be better for younger children.

Participants must be at least 6 years of age to attend. Waivers from Echo Canyon must be completed by June 13th. Wetsuits and splash jackets are available as needed. No refunds will be offered for this event.
